Title:Study on electrode material and surface modification of nano biosensor

Abstract:The filmy gold electrode chip fabricated on plastic substrate is an excellent electrochemical nano biosensor. Our group made the gold electrode chip on polystyrene substrate by UV exposure, amination, chloroauric acid treatment, reduction and electroless gold plating and used it for nucleic acid detection. However, the electrochemical signals that the existing chips can provide cannot meet all research needs. Based on this, I have made a variety of improvements and optimization of the above-mentioned gold electrode chips. Among them, research on gold electrode chips using PET as a substrate is mainly conducted. As a result, the chip using PET as a substrate has achieved good results – not only improving the sensitivity but also shortening the experiment time. Although there are still many problems to be solved, the gold electrode chip of PET substrate has a good application prospect.

タイトル: β-CrOOHの高温高圧その場X線回折実験

Title: In-situ X-ray diffraction study on β-CrOOH at high pressure and high temperature

要旨: β-CrOOH (guyanaite) は天然には希少な鉱物であるが、δ-AlOOHやphase Hといった沈み込むスラブ中に存在すると考えられている高圧含水相と非常に良く似た構造をもつ。β-CrOOHはδ-AlOOHやε-FeOOHに比べ非常に低圧で水素結合の対称化を起こすということが示唆されているが、水素結合対称化圧力の温度依存性については不明である。本研究は、マルチアンビルプレスを用いたその場X線回折実験によって、β-CrOOHの状態方程式を決定するとともに、対称化に起因すると考えられる圧縮特性変化(stiffening) が温度の影響をどのように受けるかということを考察した。
